Streak’s most significant feature is its workflow management and CRM design. Within CRM design, the software offers three key functions. These include pipelines, boxes, and sidebars.  Pipelines represent the use case – integrating things such as sales, partnerships, recruitment, investments, and other related workflows.

Boxes allow you to collaborate and store as many rich details. The sidebar, on the other hand, puts everything together in your email threads – allowing you to organize emails, get context, and update your boxes. Whilst these three functions sound simplistic, they offer quite a complex functionality. In fact, Streak’s functionality can be compared to and is used to replace CRMs such as SalesForce and HubSpot.

Streak is available free of charge for individuals who want the basics. However, if you want more, you have to pt for the paid plans. The platform offers a choice of three key paid plans, i.e. Solo, Pro, and Enterprise. You can choose to either pay monthly or annually for the subscriptions. If you choose to pay annually, you will receive a 20% discount. However, paid plans don’t have a free trial period.

Free Plan

The Free plan is ideal for individuals trying out Streak for an unlimited period. This plan offers the basics – giving you access to basic CRM with up to 500 emails in boxes, mail merge for up to 50 emails per day, and email tracking. Additionally, the free plan gives you access to G Suite integrations (with apps such as Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, and Chat), smartphone access, and autoboxing (auto categorize emails and add to your pipeline).

Additionally, the plan gives you access to core CRM with features such as task & reminders, custom columns & fields, magic columns & fields, search & auto-complete, file attachments, import & export, call logs & meeting notes, streak upcoming linked pipeline items, and saved views.

Solo Plan

The Solo plan is designed for single users and professionals who want a standard all purpose CRM tool. The Solo plan costs about $15 per user per month. This plan covers all features of the free plan along with other useful features. However, its basic CRM comes with up to 5000 emails in boxes and mail merge for up to 800 emails per day. Other features include email customer support.

Pro Plan

The Pro plan covers all features of the Solo plan along with extra features. The Pro plan is designed for any sized business or team looking for a complete CRM solution. The Pro plan costs about $49 per user per month.

However, its basic CRM comes with up unlimited emails in boxes and mail merge for up to 1,500 emails per day. Other features include Advanced CRM – offering tools such as enriched contacts, team email sharing, formulas, reports, and native dialer support.

Furthermore, the plan offers full integration with G suite and up to 2000+ standard API integrations via Zapier. It offers basic data validation to keep your data consistent and complete across your pipeline. It also offers basic permission to control who can view and edit your content. Just like the Solo plan, the Pro plan enjoys email support.

Enterprise Plan

The Pro plan covers all features of the Solo plan along with extra features. The Pro plan is designed for The Enterprise plan is designed for businesses looking for deep customization and data validation. You will pay a minimum of $129 per user per month for this plan. ‘

However, when it comes to the billing, the Enterprise plan is slightly different from the other three. To subscribe to the plan, you have need 10 or more team members and you have to commit to the plan annually (pay for the annual subscription). Just like the Pro plan, the Enterprise offers a basic CRM that comes with up unlimited emails in boxes and mail merge for up to 1,500 emails per day. It also offers all features of the Pro plan.

Amongst other features you will enjoy from Copper include sales forecasting, task automation, meeting scheduler, and even bulk email sending. Furthermore, Copper offers native integrations with apps such as Slack, Trello, DocuSign, QuickBooks, and Assana. It is not the cheapest option, however, with the pricing starting at $25 per month. It has a 14-day free trial but, no free plan.
  • Hubspot’s rich Features – HubSpot functions rather like an optimized version of Streak. Amongst HubSpot features that Streak lacks include live chat feature, integration Outlook, free plan integration with numerous apps, and unlimited contacts however, HubSpot is pretty expensive – costing you a minimum of $40 per month per user.
